I've always been a fan of Dave Ulrich (if for no other reason, that he believes in the value and future of HR). Recently, I was doing some research on GE's process of Work-Outs and discovered that Dave Ulrich was one of the lead consultants at Crotonville and played a key role in spreading the Work-Out philosophy and process throughout GE's 100,000 leaders and employees. I am thrilled that Dave is coming to Birmingham and proud that BSHRM made it happen!
