Elvis used to say that his group was TCBF---takin’ care of business in a Flash--- (not This Country Best Fried Food as some may think coming from the King. . . . ) and that is exactly how members described our Community Relations Committee (CRC) Kick Off Meeting. Seventy members heeded the call to support our membership and our community! Thank you to all who responded and for the Thirty-Five who attended the event hosted at MailSouth, Inc. Thanks to my colleagues Fran Bostick, Kim Bailey, Kristen Knowles, and Delena Nix for their MailSouth hospitality!
The CRC definitely wants to be credible activists, the purveyors of knowledge and the messengers of hope to the Birmingham community in 2009!
